Healthy-ish Valentine

After seeing this tutorial for dessert packaging I wanted to do some sort of baked good as a Valentine's day treat for my co-workers. We are a small group and we all try to eat on the healthy-ish side so I decided to make home-made granola bars. I found this recipe but modified it by adding dried cranberries, walnuts, pecans and almonds [all chopped] and mini chipits [I did say healthy-ish]. The packaging turned out really well! I added a small shipping tag and bright pink raffia and voila! I will definitely be doing this for other occasions using different shapes!
